Join Chef Paco in this seasonal grilling class where you'll learn smart cooking techniques such as how to hold proper temperatures and how not to overcook your seafood.
Start off with a grilled salad featuring Granny Smith apples and fennel dressed with extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar and Parmesan cheese. For your entrée, you'll choose between grilled octopus and vegetables or grilled hanger steak with Yukon gold potatoes and grilled peppers. End class at the grill with charred peaches and strawberries with ricotta and balsamic glaze.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
