Join Chef Paco for a journey through pasta making. You will return to the old school way of making pasta by hand. Learn how to knead the dough, roll out the noodles and cook your pasta to absolute perfection. Discover exciting new pastas to try, including tagliatelle. This is an interactive and enjoyable experience with divinely delicious results to savor!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
